Starting Thursday, January 7, Jacinto City Library will be changing its Children's Story Time hour to Thursdaysat 3 pm. And to kick off our new schedule, we will be having a special Snowman themed story time and craft. So come to the library and stay warm with stories, activities, and crafts!
